I am not writing the recipe for preparing a Marinara and Chicory quality pizza, following the Italian tradition, because I have already done it – basic-italian-pizza-dough – thanks to the experience of the best pizza chefs known in Rome and Molise, that not only know how to make the perfect dough, but also use the best ingredients included the real extra vergin olive oil. I just would like to point out how good, really good, Marinara Pizza is with the addition of Chicory. How tasty and healthy! The ingredients are really simple and good. Believe me and give it a try!
