The week we spent in Termoli was terrific in every way it might be measured. It was the perfect balance of cooking instruction, visits to local food production businesses, local sourced food prepared by exceptional chefs with Adriatic flair, and time to enjoy the ambiance of this delightful city on the sea. My wife and I came to Italy to learn how to cook proper Italian and stayed here for 6 nights. We were in heaven. The quiet little town of Termoli was very romantic, our room view was second to none, the food and drinks to top notch but more importantly our host Marie Laura made the trip. She is adorable and so friendly. All the staff on this trip, especially the chef became our friend. I can't recommend this culinary experience more.
