Spinach Salad

Instructions

  1. Add a handful of pine nuts and a pear cut into small pieces to the raw and carefully washed spinach leaves.
  2. Season with extra vergine olive oil, salt and lemon.

A second variant consists of combining the spinach with some courgettes, also raw, finely chopped. Season with chopped lemon, garlic, mint and parsley.
