Beans all’Uccelletto


  1. Boil the beans, fresh or dried, after soaking them overnight.
  2. In a saucepan, heat a little extra virgin olive oil and add garlic, sage leaves, and abundant chopped tomatoes.
  3. When the mixture is creamy, add the drained beans, season with pepper or chilli pepper and cook for another ten minutes.
  4. Season on plates with raw extra virgin olive oil.
