It is always very exciting to show how to make pasta (but not only) alla chitarra: pasta made with an implement that resembles a guitar. It is great fun keep pushing the yellow, translucent dough through the chitarra. No difficult at all. The result is surprising…….At the end of essication just boil pasta up for lunch and serve it with a delicious sauce. Trust me.
