You will get up early in the morning for the harvesting and pressing of the olives and then their transformation in one of the best extra virgin olive oils in the world. Everything takes place in no later then 24 hours from the harvesting and you will experience the waiting and tasting of the new extra virgin oil: “almond, floral, fresh….”.

You will learn how to use rakes, harvester and nets and how to taste different extra virgin olive oils as well as how to pair them with food. At the end of the week you will prepare your own bottle of extra virgin olive oil as a present for you. You will go back home with your own production and enjoy it with the company of the family and friends.
