- Boil the beans, fresh or dried, after soaking them overnight.
- In a saucepan, heat a little extra virgin olive oil and add garlic, sage leaves, and abundant chopped tomatoes.
- When the mixture is creamy, add the drained beans, season with pepper or chilli pepper and cook for another ten minutes.
- Season on plates with raw extra virgin olive oil.
