5 Rules for a Perfect Springtime Barbecue

It is known that the Italians are not the greatest barbecue experts and when they commit, they develop theories and procedures to get the most out of it. The conversation is therefore always about some main rules.

1. place the barbecue in a place free from bushes and do not leave the fire unattended to avoid an environmental disaster. The wind is to be avoided!

3. prepare the embers carefully. It is ready only when a veil of ash appears on the surface.

4. use top quality foods: meat, fish, vegetables and, if you like, even some fruit.

5. pay attention to the cooking times so as not to carbonize the surface of the food. 

6. prepare condiments.

Finally, never forget to prepare delicious croutons and bruschetta to accompany the main dishes and a delicious dessert. Always keeping in mind that what matters most is spend time with your friends and people you love!
