Ingredients
- 2 bulbs of fennel finely chopped (or wedges)
- 2 Tarocco oranges
- Cervia salt
- 2 g of toasted quinoa seeds
- extravirgin olive oil
- 5 g of wine vinegar
- 2 anchovies (optional)
- leaves of parsley and chervil for garnish
PREPARATION
- Prepare salad in a large bowl. Add the fennel, oranges, seeds of quinoa, the anchovies.
- Gently stir and season with extra virgin olive oil and salt of Cervia.
- Add the leaves of parsley and chervil for garnish.
