- Soak the gelatin in cold water
- Pour into a saucepan the wine and brown sugar
- Add gelatin after having drained it well
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Since it begins to boil simmer for 5 minutes till ready
- When the mixture has cooled, fill sterilized glass jars and put in the refrigerator for solidification
- Leave it in the storeroom for at least 10 days.
Serving using a glass or porcelain bowl and a knife. The jelly should be spread as a “whisker”, gracefully, without exaggeration.
