Seed Sprinkles


  1. Place all seeds in a bowl: sunflower seeds, sweetened dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, dried apricot, flaxseeds/linseeds, dried cranberries, walnuts or almonds.
  2. Use the mix with: salads, muesli, homemade bread, smoothies, cereals and pasta, yogurt or even alone as a snack!
