Pecorino e Fave


  1. shell fave beans
  2. add chunks or flakes of Pecorino cheese
  3. add salt to taste
  4. serve with toasted bread

The ancient traditions always surprise us. Fresh and tender fava beans, Pecorino cheese and a glass of good red wine can brighten our day and give  us a bit of relaxation perhaps by the sea or in the countryside.


  •  200 gr of fresh peeled fava beans
  • 125 gr di Pecorino
  • 4 slices of toasted bread with extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste
