“Alcoholic Chestnuts”

Instructions

Put the fresh chestnuts in cold water for a few hours
Cut the bulked part of the chestnut and put it on a baking sheet 
Bake in a hot oven at 220 degrees for 25 minutes
Allow to cool and peel
Put the chestnuts in a glass jar and cover with the Grappa
Close the jar and store at room temperature
