Leek, Potatoes and Turmeric Soup
- 2 Large potatoes
- ½ Leek (white part)
- Vegetable broth prepared with fresh and seasonable vegetabels.
- ½ teaspoon of turmeric
PREPARATION
- Clean the potatoes and leeks.
- Chop and pour into a large pot.
- Cook adding from time to time the vegetable broth.
- Once the potatoes and leeks are cooked, mix all together with an immersion blender.
- Add turmeric.
- Mix well and serve.
