Leek, Potatoes and Turmeric Soup

Leek, Potatoes and Turmeric Soup

  • 2 Large potatoes
  • ½ Leek (white part)
  • Vegetable broth prepared with fresh and seasonable vegetabels.
  • ½ teaspoon of turmeric

PREPARATION

  1. Clean the potatoes and leeks.
  2. Chop and pour into a large pot.
  3. Cook adding from time to time the vegetable broth.
  4. Once the potatoes and leeks are cooked, mix all together with an immersion blender.
  5. Add turmeric.
  6. Mix well and serve.
