Baked Pumpkin with Thyme and Mint

Instructions

  1. Wash pumpkin and potatoes
  2. Cut the pumpkin and the sliced potatoes after removing the peel. Remove pumpkin seeds.
  3. Put the sliced potatoes in boiling water for a few minutes making them remain hard-boiled.
  4. Place the slices (pumpkin and potatoes) in a pan, sprinkling with salt, chilli pepper, thyme, rosemary, black pepper and mint
  5. Bake at 200 ° C for 40 minutes
  6. At the end of cooking, grill for two to three minutes
  7. Serve with vegetable side dish.

          The Pumpkin gets soft and the flavor is just perfect, full of taste.
