Millet with “Funghi Galletti” (Cantharellus Cibarius)

Instructions

  1. Put in a pan extra virgin olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, Cantharellus Mushrooms, pumpkin cut into cubes, diced carrots, peeled cherry tomatoes and zucchini flowers.
  2. Cook for about 15 minutes.
  3. Wisk with chives, shallot and parsley.
  4. In the meantime cook millet in hot boiling water for about 15 minutes following instruction written on packet.
  5. Put together millet and  Cantharellus Mushrooms.  Serve.

  • Knob of butter  1
