- Put in a pan extra virgin olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, Cantharellus Mushrooms, pumpkin cut into cubes, diced carrots, peeled cherry tomatoes and zucchini flowers.
- Cook for about 15 minutes.
- Wisk with chives, shallot and parsley.
- In the meantime cook millet in hot boiling water for about 15 minutes following instruction written on packet.
- Put together millet and Cantharellus Mushrooms. Serve.
