- Cook linguine pasta in a salted boiling water – “al dente”.
- In the meantime put extra-virgin olive oil in a pan and sauté the spring onions, finely sliced.
- Add the crabmeat and cook for few minutes.
- Add in the zest and juice of 1 lime.
- Add parsley leaves, finely chopped and a pinch of sea salt, if necessary.
- Add linguine pasta – cooked “al dente” – in the pan and combine mixing well
