Linguine with lime, fresh crab and parsley.

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine pasta in a salted boiling water – “al dente”.
  2. In the meantime put extra-virgin olive oil in a  pan and sauté the spring onions, finely sliced.
  3. Add the crabmeat and cook for few minutes.
  4. Add in the zest and juice of 1 lime.
  5. Add parsley leaves, finely chopped and a pinch of sea salt, if necessary.
  6. Add linguine pasta – cooked “al dente” – in the pan and combine mixing well

200 gr linguine

extra virgin olive oil

1 finely sliced spring onion

fresh crabmeat (according to taste)

1 lime – grated zest and juice

a bunch of parsley finely chopped

sea salt
