Fig and Plum Salad with Walnut Salad

Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic with a few thyme leaves. Season the figs cut in half and season the chopped plums.
  2. Sprinkle figs with cane sugar.
  3. Bake at 220 ° for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the lemon juice, 4 tablespoons of water, 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. Blend with a dripping blender and flavor with a handful of chopped parsley.
  6. Serve the “misticanza”/wild herbs with the figs, plums and walnuts, seasoned with lemon juice.
