Orange Salad

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the oranges. Remove the white skin.
  2. Cut the oranges into slices, removing the seeds.
  3. Peel the onion.
  4. Cut the onion into thin slices.
  5. Cut the fennel into thin slices.
  6. In a separate bowl mix with a knife oil, salt and pepper.

Ingredients

  • 4 oranges
  • 1 fennel – tender
  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • pepper
  • 10 black olives
  • 1 red onion
  • salt to taste
