Not just baked potatoes

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut them into thin slices.
  2. Peel the potatoes and divide them in half (or leave them full, if small).
  3. Peel the garlic, finely chop it and mix it in a bowl with extra virgin olive oil, a large grip of oregano and thyme, chilli pepper, salt and pepper mix.
  4. Combine all the ingredients prepared in a bowl and mix well.
  5. Put the compound in a pan with potatoes.
  6. Wet with half a glass of water
  7. Cover with an aluminum foil and bake at 160 ° for 1 hour.
  8. Stir in every 15 minutes.
  9. Serve
