Blackberries Pie

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the blackberries. Dry them and put them to cook in a saucepan with 100g of brown sugar and three mint leaves.
  2. Spread the pastry in a pan, sprinkle the bottom with finely chopped hazelnuts.
  3. Pour the cooked blackberries.
  4. Apart, beat the egg with the remaining brown sugar and, after having combined the cream, pour the mixture over the pie.
  5. Bake at 180 ° C and cook for 40 minutes.
  6. After removing the pie from the pan, put it on a serving plate and decorate with fresh mint leaves.

500 gr of blackberries

80 gr of peeled hazelnuts

180 gr of brown sugar

1 egg

3 tablespoons of fresh cream

10 mint leaves

For the pan: 20 g of butter.
