- Clean the salmon and cut into cubes
- Cook the pasta in salted water
- Saute the salmon in a pan Cwith butter
- Sprinkle with the vodka and let it evaporate over high heat
- Add the cream, salt, pepper
- Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat
- Drain the pasta and pour into the pan with the salmon
- Add chopped dill (or parsley)
- Blow up everything on a high flame for a few seconds
- Serve
