Chitarrina with Salmon & Vodka

Instructions

  1. Clean the salmon and cut into cubes
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water
  3. Saute the salmon in a pan Cwith butter
  4. Sprinkle with the vodka and let it evaporate over high heat
  5. Add the cream, salt, pepper
  6. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat
  7. Drain the pasta and pour into the pan with the salmon
  8. Add chopped dill (or parsley)
  9. Blow up everything on a high flame for a few seconds
  10. Serve

  • 200 gr of pasta (chitarrina or penne)
  • 100 gr of salmon fillet
  • 1/2 shot glass of vodka Coffee
  • 100 gr of sour cream
  • dill (or parsley)
  • a knob of butter
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
