A day on the coast to share an authentic Molise culinary experience, discovering Termolese fish soup.
We will start with a visit to our favorite typical products shop, then continuing with the local fruit and vegetable market and the infamous fish market, where we will select all the best ingredients needed to prepare our extraordinary “Termolese brodetto”.
In the kitchen with an apron on and knives in hand to learn techniques and secrets from an expert chef of the area.
This will be followed by a traditional aperitif and a special lunch based on our soup which we will accompany with glasses of the best local wine pairing recommended by the sommelier.
