As a food selector for international importers, my hands were always in the soil, my palate always searching for the perfect notes in a new oil and my eyes always looking for that one artisan whose passion surpassed their production. But I realized that while I could ship the flavors of Italy across the ocean, I could not ship the Feeling. I could not export the silence of a Molisano olive grove at dawn, the warmth of a cheese cave where the air smells of hay and history, or the salt-spray on your face as you sit on a Trabucco, suspended between the sky and the Adriatic Sea.

This is my personal Selection.
