Promoting Molise, its traditions, its unexpressed potential is not easy for many reasons. First of all the innate love for it that brings me to show you only what I really like! and then the love for “the elsewhere” that drives me to search for unexplored, intriguing places and atmospheres, far from Molise.
People who live and work in other countries, outside the Italian borders, fortunately help me better understand the world I live in and for which I am so passionate about. Natalie, the owner of Casetta Rossa in Belgium is of great help, in constant search of “places and flavors” of Molise, but not only. In search of culinary traditions with an international twist … just like Laura Selection’s food line, born to be modern, suitable for Urban life, respecting quality and health as well as traditional recipes from Molise and Abruzzo.
