Banana with Mango Coconut Sauce


  1. Put together mango purèe, coconut milk and brown sugar. Heat gently.
  2. When sugar dissolved, leave the mixture to cool.
  3. Stir in the lime juice
  4. Barbecue the bananas on the lowest flame until they begin to caramelise.
  5. Pour the sauce on the individual serving plates and place two bananas on each.
  6. Serve immediately.

2 Mangoes, purèed
500ml coconut milk
175 gr brown sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice
