Thanks for sharing Alfred! It is exciting and touching  to look at pictures and receive news from wonderful Friends who have visited (I would say discovered) Molise, Italy’s last great unknown!! and fell in love with it. I am glad when I feel that a common thread continues to exist, that bond between people made such by the common passion for food and wine and different cultures but above all people, life stories, traditions and memories. Friends who love Molise are always in my heart because a journey is not only a period of leisure and rest, but it is also an opportunity for human growth, brotherhood without which life would be truly empty. Alfred is now a “Molisano” and when he is at home he experiments with traditional recipes with excellent results such as the delicious “polpette”and I am sure it is not just Alfred.
