- Knead at 21.00 pm
- Dissolve the yeast with the milk.
- Add a teaspoon of honey or malt.
- Add the salt and flour.
- Knead until it forms a smooth paste.
- Let dough rise in a greased bowl of oil and cover with a damp cloth.
- In the morning, form the “braid”.
- Place the “braid” on baking paper.
- Place in a bowl the egg and milk. Brush the “braid” with the mixture.
- Make the dough rise for two hours.
- Bake in oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
