The ancient traditions always surprise us. Fresh and tender fava beans, Pecorino cheese and a glass of good red wine can brighten our day and give us a bit of relaxation perhaps by the sea or in the countryside.
Easy – For 2 People
- 200 gr of fresh peeled fava beans
- 125 gr di Pecorino
- 4 slices of toasted bread with extra virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
PREPARATION
- shell fave beans
- add chunks or flakes of Pecorino cheese
- add salt to taste
- serve with toasted bread
Fresh and tender fava beans can be shelled as pastime and accompanied with Pecorino cheese ! What a great time !
