Hi Good Morning….Today I ate a very good “semi-wholemeal bread”, which I do not exaggerate to define “unique” in the world! But I do have a conflict of interests …. In fact it is produced with “Senatore Cappelli wheat” grown by a friend, Michele, from Montecilfone. Then this grain is stone grounded by other friends, Cofelice family, millers of Matrice, millers for generations. Finally, this bread is cooked by a friend, Antonio, who has been a baker since he was a child, in front of the Castello Svevo in Termoli: it is sold in the bakery of Giustino, another friend, at the end of Via F.lli Brigida.

What a delicious bread, Made in Molise, guaranteed by friendship !! How nice is to have such friends !!

Great also buttered with roasted mackerel, fished by Sebastiano and cooked by Gianni, “washed down” with Tintilia “Kurunus” wine, produced by Michele di Montecilfone …. otherwise, what friends are they for?
