Pumpkin Chips!

Instructions

Clean the pumpkin and cut the pulp as if they were chips, in strips.

In a pan heat the extra virgin olive oil, dip the pumpkin pieces and fry for about 5 minutes.

Gather the ready-to-eat, well-colored pumpkin chips with a skimmer and place them on a plate.

In a bowl mix chopped rosemary and salt: then add the spicy salt to the pumpkin chips!
