Genziana Liqueur

Instructions

Soak the root of Genziana and orange zest in an airtight jar for 10 days in wine and alcohol, taking care to stir twice a day. After the maceration filtered, add the honey and bottled; sealed with sealing wax and wait a month before consuming.

A glass of Genziana before and after meals is excellent as a stimulant of the stomach or as a digestive. In addition, the liqueur is a good regulator of spleen and liver. Consumption is not recommended for pregnant women.

20 gr of dried and grated root of yellow gentian

grated rind of 1 bitter orange

10 gr of mint

5 gr of juniper berries

5 gr of fennel

5 gr of sage

50 gr of honey

1 liter of dry white wine

1 dl of alcohol at 95 °
