We will reach the charming town of Acquaviva Collecroce for a walk through the alleys of the village, rich in stories and amazing finds of the ancient Slavic populations, who colonized it and of the Knights Templar who stayed there.

We will move, by bike or by car, right outside the village to visit the native vineyards of excellence, of one of the most renowned wineries in the region. The producer will show us the techniques for growing these vines, the history of wines, perfumes and the territory, history linked to the settlement of the Balkan populations.

We will end our walk and chat with the tasting of three glasses of wines: White, Rosé and Red, accompanied by excellent salami and aged cheese as well as pickles, sauces, honeys made by local farmers and artisans.
