Ingredients
- 4 oranges
- 1 fennel – tender
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- pepper
- 10 black olives
- 1 red onion
- salt to taste
PREPARATION
- Wash and peel the oranges. Remove the white skin.
- Cut the oranges into slices, removing the seeds.
- Peel the onion.
- Cut the onion into thin slices.
- Cut the fennel into thin slices.
- In a separate bowl mix with a knife oil, salt and pepper.
