Cynthia Sass, the famous American nutritionist, has conceived the Flavored Water Sassy which would have a draining, detoxifying effect. It would also help to achieve a flat stomach as it reduces bloating and eliminates gas.

It is sure that water, combined with natural elements, strictly organic, quenches thirst and combats water retention.

Ingredients

  • 2 lt natural mineral water
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 cucumber, cut into thin slices with peel
  • 1 lime cut into small pieces with the peel
  • 12 leaves of fresh mint q.b

PREPARATION

  1. Put the ingredients in a glass jar.
  2. Cover with water and ice.
  3. Let it rest in the fridge overnight.
  4. Flavored water can be stored for up to a maximum of 3 days.
