Rosemary Bruschetta

 

ROSEMARY BRUSCHETTA
4 slices of homemade or wholemeal bread 
½ cup of fresh milk
1bocconcino” of fresh mozzarella (a piacere)
Extra virgin olive oil
fresh rosemary
Salt

PREPARATION
1. Pour milk into a pan and add the mozzarella, which will be dissolved in milk
2. Toast the bread lightly
3. Season the bread with extra virgin olive oil  and melted mozzarella, abundant chopped rosemary and salt.
